The façade is conceived as a composition of two intersecting volumes — a dialogue between solidity and transparency, tradition and progress. The design references regional architectural language while expressing the openness and connectivity expected of a contemporary business environment.

A shaded canopy, inspired by the protective gesture of the gutrah, gives the building a distinct identity while creating a welcoming threshold. Reclaimed sail elements reference the UAE’s dhow-building heritage, introducing texture, memory, and environmental responsibility.

A raised entrance establishes presence and arrival, while reclaimed timber screens introduce warmth and reinforce the project’s sustainable narrative. The result is a façade that balances cultural reference with a forward-looking architectural expression.
